    • Special Notice about Windows 7: There are about 100 computers on our network still running Windows 7. Several communications about the need to move away from Windows 7 have been shared with the campus, and technicians have worked diligently with users to upgrade.  At this point we have created work orders for the remaining computers that are still on Windows 7 so that they may be specifically addressed. Department heads should review these work orders and advise ITS on how they’d like to remediate these computers.  If an exception for a computer to remain on Windows 7 is desired, this must be reviewed by Information Security Officer Neal Fisch. Communication about the request and the response should be recorded in the work order.

    • Submitted order for 200+ classroom workstations to be replaced through the MSFT program
