Using LabStats to access to the Library PCs

Last spring ITS introduced the CI Virtual Lab, providing access to a completely new virtual computing environment. The CI Virtual Lab is still available but users now have another option.
Using a product called LabStats students can remotely login to specific computers in the Library gaining access to all of the software installed on them. Be sure to read the instructions for using Labstats, and then move on to the remote access portal page which lists all accessible computers.
Access to these machines is freely available to students but may be affected by the Weekly Technology Maintenance Plan and Schedule. If you have questions or need assistance with remote access please contact the ITS Solution Center at 805-437-8552 or submit a Solution Center support request.
